Yes, we sell our patented SkySocks with our trademark grip on the bottom. They are required while jumping at Sky Zone and you can bring them back on your next visit to reuse as long as they are in good condition.

Sky Zone offers Toddler Time, an event dedicated to toddlers so you can enjoy Sky Zone's activities without the intimidation of big kids. Some parks may also have a Toddler Zone dedicated to our little ones. Please check your local Sky Zone for availability.

We have a variety of games and attractions that are great for our older audience. Glow, Lock-Ins, and Dodgeball Leagues are great for your teenager.

All Guests must sign a waiver online or upon entry to our parks. Guests under the age of 18 must have their waiver signed by a parent or guardian.

While some of our attractions are adaptable for children with special needs, we also host Sensory Hours throughout the week. During this designated time, we turn the music down or off to accommodate any needs of our Guests. Check to see if your local park offers Sensory Hours, available times, and other details.

To avoid lines and ensure your jump time is reserved, it is best to book online. However, you can also buy tickets in park, as well as add on time in park.

Typically our parks are less busy during the weekdays (Monday thru Thursday), while weekends (Friday thru Sunday) are busier. During Summer when school is out, our parks are open longer all season long.

All attractions are available to enjoy with your jump ticket. There are premium activities that have an additional cost, such as Laser Tag and SkyClimb, as well as various programs, such as Glow, Lock-Ins and SkyFit.

We recommend arriving 30 mins prior to your scheduled time so we can make sure your guests are prepared to jump as soon as the party begins. This includes waiver completion, equipping SkySocks, rules overview, and payment processing (if applicable).

The party room is available when your jump time ends. We can store any gifts or personal belongings in a secure room during your jump time if needed.

We offer a variety of add-ons available to decorate and theme your party in many ways. This includes tablecloths, plates, cups, napkins, and other items. We don't allow any temporary fixtures to our rooms or walls. Some exceptions may apply. Please contact your local park for details.
